TERMS OF USE & PRIVATE POLICY
The use of this site, www.oneonesies.com.au trading through One Onesies is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set below. Please read carefully.
One Onesies reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
1. ORDER POLICY
After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from Paypal containing your order details. One Onesies will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. One Onsies as www.oneonesie.com.au, has the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval by our hosted payment server, with an acceptable method of payment. We accept payments from Mastercard and Visa We may request further verifications before accepting any order. One Onesies does not guarantee delievery within a specific time frame only an estimated time can be given, and are not liable for delayed shipments due to postal carrier or any outside factors. We can only guarantee a specified time frame when we have been emailed and conirm this time frame with the buyer.
2. LOSSES, DAMAGES AND DELIVERY
Oneonesies, will happily exchange or refund any item provided the item is in its original packaging and with the tags attached. Returns must be returned in ‘as new condition’ with tags attached and in and un-altered condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchasing and may be reviewed in a case-by-case situation. All returns are suggested to be returned via registered post, as One Onesies does not accept responsibility for lost items and are not liable for the cost of return postage. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Any items returned outside of the 30 day return policy or items returned damaged, soiled, or smelling of odours such as cigarette smoke, perfume or body odour, will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve and a refund or exchange will not be issued. All decisions on returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of the staff at One Onesies. One Onesies and are not liable for the cost of return postage. Shipping cost is also non-refundable for any change of mind due to style or size or any other reason. Also a restocking fee of 15% will be charged to the buyer.

One Onesies utilises Paypal for online credit card transactions. Paypal is an international state of the art secure payment system that has buyer protection (please note we do not currently take orders from New Zealand or any other country only within Australia at this present time. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Paypal are secured payments.

· This is far safer than providing your credit card to a waiter or a retail sales person.
· No record of your complete Credit Card Number is made available to One Onesies.
