Is it safe to shop online?
It's absolutely safe to shop online. All traffic between oneonesies.com.au and your computer is encrypted using a 128-bit SSL connection to guarantee you a safe shopping experience. This is the same grade of encryption that banks use to secure your data.
Further, we don't store your credit card details - they are transmitted directly to our payment processor PayPal
When paying via PayPal, you are automatically covered by PayPal's Purchase Protection policy. You may also use your Visa or Mastercard to make the purchase via Paypal even without having a Paypal account, simply select the pay by card option during Paypals checkout section.

What materials are used in your Onesies?
Our animal onesies are made from flannel fleece, these are especially good for winter and deliciously snuggly. The fleece is high quality which means it's low-pill and easy to wash and keep clean, some of our own onesies have done almost 4 years worth of festivals and partying and are still looking crisp!
How do I wash my Onesie?
We recommend washing your animal suit on a gentle / delicate cycle, cold or warm wash. They are made from a high quality fleece material that is designed to be worn and washed over and over again. Best to hang dry, the manufacturer doesn’t recommend tumble drying.
Can I exchange or return my Onesie?
One Onesies Returns & Exchange Policy
-You MUST email us first before any returns or exchanges are to be proceeded with. (We will then advise you the correct procedure and return address.)
-You can return any onesies in their original condition within 30 days of the date you placed your order.
- All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.
- In the rare case this happens If you return the item without its original packaging, we cannot process your return and we will send the item back to you.
- Please note - while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the delivery. Shipping is also non refundabe.
- When returning to us you MUST send parcel with Tracking and email us the tracking number. Failure to do so will void our return & exchange policies.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the case of faulty or incorrect items you will need to coordinate this through our Customer Service Team. To allow us to investigate the error email a photo of the faulty or incorrect items and provide them with your Paypal invoice. Once this has been investigated you will be provided with instructions on how to return the onesies(s).
Change of Style or Size
We are able to either Exchange the Size/Colour of the onesie(s) (where stock is available) or Issue an Online Credit for the returned item. Please contact our customer service team and they will assit you with this process. All change of mind due to style or size must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Our Refund Policy
- We are more then happy to exchange or issue online credit for any onesies purchased. - You can return your online purchase for a refund within 30 days to One Onesies.
- We will refund any items with manufacturing faults that are returned in original packaging.
- We do not refund items that have been worn or damaged through wear and tear.
- You’ll need to send us your original item in its original packaging and condition.
- We do not refund products if you change your mind.
When will my Onesie arrive?
Depending on your location, this normally takes 1 - 3 business days for delivery within Aus. We do our best to get them to you as quickly and safely as possible! Ready for you to enjoy your onesiees!
NZ order take around 7 - 10 days.
International order can vary depending on which country it is sent to. Ranging from 15 - 45 days. However, usually 15 - 30 days are a more typical timeframe.
